The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, convenient for staying connected during our trip. Lastly, the staff responsible for managing breakfast was very kind and accommodating.

On the other hand, there were several aspects that we did not enjoy about our stay. our room was quite small, with limited space to move around once our luggage was in.

The mattress in our room was uncomfortable, with springs poking through and making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel's location right in the centre was fantastic, as it was quite close to the St Mark's Square and not far from the main San Marco square, barely a 2-minute walk. it was conveniently close to the boat stop, making transportation easy. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in early and even holding onto my bags after check out so I could continue exploring.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in the very center of the city. The location was perfect, just steps away from all the main sites and San Marco's square. The room was clean and the bathroom was in good condition. The service was top-notch, with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of food. I was impressed with the luxurious shops downstairs and the advantages of staying in such a prime location.

I did find one negative aspect of the hotel. The ceilings in the rooms were quite low, which may be an issue for taller guests.

We were kinda surprised by the warm and cute staff at Hotel Torino. Despite a late arrival, the receptionist was waiting for us outside, making check-in easy. The rooms were spacious, with typical Venetian furniture, and although a bit dated, they added to the charm of our stay. The location was ideal, right by the canal and within a few minutes' walk of St. Mark's Square. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a friendly lady who catered to our every request. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and authentic Venetian feel.
